Wooden You Love One's Policies 

Registration
Design selection and customization  is required at the time of booking on our registration form.  Please be sure to double check your spelling and information to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of the workshop.

Payment 
Full payment is required at the time of registration.  Please ensure that e-transfer password is correct. If we do not receive payment by the last day of registration, your spot is not secure. 

Make & Take Cancellation 

Due to the custom nature of our Make & Take Events, registration fees are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made by the last day of registration will be granted a full refund. Registration cancellations after the last day of registration can attend a future Make & Take Event and complete their choose design or receive a DIY box with all the materials and supplies needed to complete the sign. 

Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 10 attendees.

Private Make & Take Cancellation 
A deposit is due when booking private party. The deposit will be put towards the final cost. If you choose to cancel your private party the deposit will not be refunded. 

All attendees must have their design choices submitted 10 days prior to the event so that we can prepare the material for the party.
